Michael Sterpin (Chef de Cuisine), Steve Elmhirst, Bruce Melnichuk (Pastry Chef), Jesse Brown and Dorset Mitchell (all with their Red Seal Certification) are excited about their new menu. Rounding out the kitchen crew we have kitchen helpers Caroline Elmhirst, Jay Jennings, Charlie Bond, Sarah Nelson, Trevor Donnelly and Curtis Mosier. Call Julia Anderson for weddings, special occasions and motorcoach luncheons. Laura McEwan and the service delivery team await the opportunity to serve you in either the dining room, Wild Blue Yonder or at a wedding/banquet.

Peter Loucks the Pilot can open the skies and take you fishing on remote lakes. the maintenance team of Debbie Spencer, Ron Pellerine, Ruth Tombs and Albert Barry ensure the cottages and grounds are ready for your arrival.
Great gardens are coming to life under the green thumb of Bob Phillips, our gardener. Each cottage has herbs and plants which can be used for cooking.
Albert Barry cares for the Certified Black Angus herd - The Hearthside Dining Room features Elmhirst's Own Black Angus Beef on the menu.
