It takes a team to produce high quality food for every meal.... Michael Sterpin (Chef de Cuisine), Steve Elmhirst, Bruce Melnichuk (Pastry Chef), Caroline Elmhirst, Meghan Sinclair, Jesse Brown and Dorset Mitchell are excited about their new menu. Rounding out the kitchen crew we have kitchen helpers Jay Jennings, Charlie Bond, Katie Chester and Curtis Mosier. Peter Papatheodorou, Food & Beverage Manager and his capable team are available to service your dining, wedding and special occasion inquiries. Peter and his service delivery team await the opportunity to serve you in either the dining room, Wild Blue Yonder or at a wedding/banquet.

Our Housekeepers are responsible for ensuring all cottages are clean and orderly for every guest arrival. Spring and fall cleaning of each cottage is also a big job. The hardworking team of Theresa, Jettie, Joan, Tammy, Catherine and Jodie look forward to your arrival.

Peter Loucks the Pilot can open the skies and take you fishing on remote lakes. Ron Pellerine, Jan Tombs, Ruth Tombs and Debbie Spencer make your stay comfortable and maintance free, with Albert Barry ensuring you have enough firewood for the fireplace.
Great gardens are coming to life with the help of Bob Phillips, our gardener.
